This service is aimed to provide support for establishing or becoming members of project consortia in the FP7 concerning research related to water and soil issues though:
Database of research teams from the New Member States and Associate Candidate Countries (NMS/ACC) *) active in the area of water and soil research:
- structured for the FP7 project proposal development needs,
- providing specific information on the expertise of NMS/ACC research teams in the water and soil priority topics of FP7, including proposed contribution to the research issues, expertise in these areas, experience in relevant projects, available infrastructure etc.,

Multifunctional, communication service for promotion and dissemination of information on water and soil related research including:
- facility for a quick dissemination and exchange of information on water and soil related research/events/publication/any other relevant information. Using this tool you have a unique opportunity to disseminate your information as a short notice via internet to all registered users of the Integration4Water service as well as present it on our web page
- as an Internet-based communication platform to facilitate contacts among researchers dealing with water and soil research
Specific NMS/ACC research needs related to the water and soil priorities of FP7 and WSSTP
One of the objectives of the Integration4Water Project was to enable an early involvement of the researchers from the NMS/ACC in the preparation of the specific Work Programme of FP7. This was achieved by identification of the research needs existing in these countries and combining them with the already defined thematic priorities of FP7 and priorities expressed in the of the European Platform Water Supply and Sanitation Technologies (WSSTP).
The following research needs presented as potential FP7 project ideas have been identified during the organised in Warsaw in June 2006. These ideas have been proposed to the Commission for consideration as potential FP7 call lines. The topics presented below have been worked out jointly by researchers from NMS/ACC, presented as .
